MISSION OF THE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY AND COMMUNICATION CENTER

1. Operate and advise on investment to complete the infrastructure of the province's data center system.

2. Support the e-government information system.

3. Ensure network safety and security and information safety and security.

4. Consult and implement topics, projects and items on information technology in state agency activities.

5. Coordinate and cooperate in organizing training of human resources in information technology and communications; develop the local information technology industry.

6. Communication to serve the socio-economic development of the province.
