Strengthening user protection against online fraud

    Speaking at the opening of the Conference, Deputy Director Tran Quang Hung emphasized the importance of protecting people and businesses from online fraud. He emphasized that inter-sectoral coordination and the application of modern technology play a key role in protecting users. 

The Conference attracted the participation of many leading experts in the fields of information security, banking and telecommunications. The main topics presented included: online fraud - Technology race; safe solutions in online transactions; fighting against online fraud 4.0; network layer protection solutions against malicious content and online fraud. The reporters pointed out increasingly sophisticated forms of fraud, thereby proposing advanced technologies and security solutions in online transactions to deal with these challenges.

In addition, the Department of Information and Communications of Da Nang also reported on outstanding results in implementing measures to prevent online fraud in the locality. Verichain Company shared about the risk of property and money appropriation through attacks on mobile banking applications.
